Hotel Tacl — Hotel in okres Kroměříž

This hotel is a few minutes walk from the town square, very conveniently located. My twin room was spacious, immaculately clean, good beds/bedding, ample storage, very good bathroom, very quiet, and with much-needed aircon. There was just the one chair in the room, a functional, wooden desk chair. The bar next door (owned by the hotel) serves surprisingly good food, with excellent prices, and friendly service. ||||However, the hotel is let down by the fact that staff are rarely on hand, except at breakfast, Reception was never staffed, and so when I wanted to ask for an extra pillow, and report a faulty light, there was no one to report it to. Breakfast was poor and very basic. Not even any preserves. When I checked out, only then was I asked to complete a form with passport details, at a time when I needed to get to the bus station. Why wasn't this requested at check-in, or at breakfast? Really odd. With better interface between staff and guests, I would have scored...

We spent four weeks in Europe cycling from Vienna to Poland and return. A different hotel every night. The Hotel Tacl was the best value-for-money place we stayed. It was newly constructed, beautifully furnished and had excellent quality fittings all of which worked properly. The hotel has employed some energy saving ideas with sensor lighting and water saving shower heads - but the water pressure was still excellent. We dined in the restaurant and were impressed with the presentation of meals, the quality of the ingredients and importantly the taste! Staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly and attentive but not pushy. Really the Hotel Tacl is great and I would recommend it very strongly to anyone that is...

Usually, when you travel tgrough small cities in Czech Republic, youi can have problems to find a corresponding accommodation. I came to Holesov at 6 p.m., looked into the internet in my mobile phone. Found the hotel, got contact to the reception. The reception is not working the whole day, but I was directed to the restaurant of the same name Restaurace TASL, where made registration, got the electronic key cards from the parkplace and the room entracne. What happened the, was a SCHOCK. Hilton level of accomodation, starting from the carpets in the groundfloor up to the PERFECT CLEAN SMELLING ROOM . Fantastic, simply fantastic.
