Pension Čtrnáctka — Hotel in okres Kutná Hora

I stayed one night at this penzion during my three-week solo tour of the czech republic, in September 2018. while unfortunately I never got to meet the owners (who were out of town), I did find a comfortable bed and a dining room with cooking facilities which included pots, pans, utensils and so on. there is also a washing machine that can be used (but no dryer, I guess that they are not common in cz)

local amenities include a gas station and potraviny (small grocery store) at the opposite end of the village. a small bar with basic but well-made food can be found a very short distance up the road. finally for fans of kingdom come deliverance, castle pirkstein's tower is just about right outside...

We rented room 4 with our son (6.5y.o) it was 2 rooms with a connecting private corridor, private bathroom and fridge. The rooms were clean and well laid out with plenty of storage space. Our host ( Katka ) greeted us and showed us around the house and beautiful garden. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly at the pension. A great fully equipped kitchen, a bbq and a fantastic garden for eating dinner or having a glass or wine. The bonus is the sunken swimming pool, in the garden, perfect for a dip during these hot summer days...

Our second stay at this penzion and it won't be our last. We love it here. The house is well kept, the little basket of items in the bathroom was very well considered. The highlight each time we have stayed is the gorgeous garden with wonderful views and the fireplace/grill! I'm so glad we managed to come and stay with...
