Petrovický Mlýn — Hotel in okres Kutná Hora

You will hardly get a better price for such an amazing lodging in the countryside location like Petrovický mlýn! A semi-solitude some 7 kilometers from Sázava river and the small city of river and canoa/kayak riders Kácov with its famous castle & brevery. The rooms are modest and the amenities are also quite modest, but this is rather lonely and quite place with a beautiful genius loci of an old 19th century Czech mill. This almost 200 years of traditional place run by the Mirovský family over generations is currently led by Jiří Mirovský, a very generous, hospitable and respecting owner with a small farm consisting of sheeps and hens, with a large meadows suitable for tents & caravans, too. If you do not expect a high class services of a hotel you will be really surprised what you will get for 220 CZK overnight stay & 70 CZK for breakfast (including home made apricot marmelade, fresh farm milk and locally well known Czech lívance (small crepes)). You will get a very nice, deep and calm sleep in a real Czech mill close to a small stream, you will know a very friendly and helping landlords. Do not miss the chance to visit also Kácov, already mentioned small city on Sázava river, a very romantic and nice starting point for the river ride with canoa or kayak, or just to get a nice city view and a little bier & river refresment...

Skvělé místo jako z pohádky. Pan majitel velice milý a laskavý člověk. Dvě krásné a hodné domácí kočičky. Pokoje (i celý mlýn uklizené), vše naprosto čisté. Dostatek nádobí pro vaření čehokoliv vás napadne. Mě osobně se zde moc líbilo a přijela bych zase. Místo a okolí bohužel není vhodné pro děti v kočárku. Nejsou zde v okolí žádné! lesní cestičky. Všude chodíte po silnici (téměř bez aut). Do lesa na houby musíte cca 2 km a do obchodu také daleko. Ale naprostý klid a zvířata na louce i v okolí Vám to jistě vynahradí (slepice, ovce, krávy, koně, …). Ideální pro lidi co jsou nature-friendly :-) a nemají rádi unifikované hotely a penziony.
