This hotel is average place, 3 star rating is exactly how it is. The accommodation is simple, clean and quiet. The shower cabin was smaller. There was any soap to wash hands. The room has nice wooden floor. The mattress was too soft, and pillow was too thin.||The pub serve a good food. Don ´t expect fine cousine, but good average food. The staff in service in the pub don ´ t greet any guests, it seems that they don ´t know that it is polite to say good morning etc. They were not looking after the guests much, we had to ask 3 times to get a tartar sauce, 4 times to get a pencils to let our daughter draw. And they didn ´ t smile. Please if you are the owner who read this, change the staff, or explain and teach them how to do a good service, and how to look after the guests. To eat there is the only possibility in this area, so they have the guests even the service is poor.||We can only hope that the staff will be better.||We will not return there, and we will not...

From the moment we arrived to the second we left, the staff at the Hotel Agnes were wonderful. Extremely helpful. The hotel is great, the rooms are super clean and nice. We have traveled a lot and by far this hotel was our best experience. The food, the drinks, all included, were excellent. The staff could not do enough for us. The check in was handled so personally and their concern for our needs was upmost.
