bike-Hotel Měděnec — Hotel in okres Liberec

Comfortable accommodation and exactly what we needed for a couple of days of cycling. Everything essential is there. Big room, good parking. Bike wash & good storage. Now the host was extra happy that there is also access to a shoe dryer... luckily we had good weather, because on the weekend there were 21 bikes in the room but the shoe dryer is for 2 pairs of shoes :D

Really nice & relaxed host with good service. I have nothing to complain about, except that I didn't get a good feeling in the restaurant (a rather un-cozy with operating lighting) so unfortunately we never tried the food, but the breakfast was OK. (That lightning is why it just gets 4 star)

Facility is quite old. It seems it's under renovation, which is good, as bathrooms really require it. Except this, great stay, super service, descent food (except pork knee, which is absolutely superb!), good location, bike washer. All for reasonable price. All I need in Smrk during Singletrack weekend. If You will manage some smell in the bathroom and design from the previous epoch, than You can give a try...

Medenec is our choice when coming to Nove Mesto for MTB on SingleTrek. Rooms are big and clean with a basic set up. Breakfast is comparably rich. They have a bike room and facilities to clean the bikes after a day in the trails which is really cool. In the restaurant, they serve food and beer. Prices have gone up over the last couple of years, we recently paid 59€ per person in a double room...
