Hotel Černý Orel — Hotel in okres Louny

There was strong cigarete smell in the room, and I found ashtray under the TV. Rooms supposed to be non smoking. Rugs been dirty and burned with cigarettes. Curtains been laughable thin and couldn't block the floodlights that been pointed at the hotel. Evening before the last night the receptionist told me I will had to pack my stuff and leave the room next morning as there will be some work to be done without explaining on what they will do next. On the morning I been told that I will be staying my last nigh and hotel nearby and be given keys.

I visit this town regularly for work but this was my first and last stay...

Hotel is very clean but very basic no drink making facilities in the room. There is a fridge in the room but this empty too. I felt this is typical Czech hotel a bit like going back in time in the UK very basic but on the other hand very good value for money. I have to agree with a previous review if you are on the front of the hotel the buses can be noisy at around 5am. Breakfast left a lot to be desired this was not for me but maybe ok for others. Food quality wasn't very good and the juice was either watered down or just squash. Staff are very friendly and helpful really nice hotel but could do with a repaint...

V ramci sluzebni cesty jiz podruhe a podruhe zklamani. Neochota recepce hranici s drzosti. Jdu na recepci nahlasit, ze nefunguje telefon, ani kabel na internet (pujcovne 30 CZK za 70 cm ktere nikam nedosahnou), prede mnou pan cizinec, ktery se pta na heslo na wifi, pani recepcni ho odpalkuje s tim, ze si musi pujcit kabel, kdyz pan ukaze telefon, tak se mu zasmeje, ze na to mu kabel fungovat nebude. Nacez hlasim, ze nefunguje ani kabel. No to mate blbe. Oki, ptam se tedy jestli mi kabel odecte z faktury, ale pouze pokud ho jeste ted donesu zpet. Ze by mi treba nabidla heslo na wifi sama od sebe? Bez sance. A s recepci mam vseobecne neprijemne a nemile zkusenosti.

Co me napr. mile prekvapilo byla ochota ranni obsluhy u snidane, tam se musi nechat, ze pres chudou nabidku jsou alespon schopni Vam na prani pripravit, co na druhy den nahlasite.

Pokoje des a bes. Vubec se neobtezujte standardem (kam nas pro nedostanek pokoju umistili) , tam jsem se bala vecer u televize oprit o zed, jelikoz omitka vypada jak po festivalu folklornich tancu. Ze nekuracky pokoj smrdel kourem mi pani na recepci neverila. Nad povlecenim by zaplakala nejedna babicka, tak hnusne seprane a stolet stare krepaky by zavidel jedine chatovy tabor na Lipne. Mydlo v koupelne zalostne lacine a s fenem nebo cimkoli navic se urcite nesetkate. Priznavam, ze pani uklizecka ma alespon v pokojich cisto. Jinak tech 5 ceskych a 10 nemeckych TV kanalu me uz neprekvapilo. Tot vse, kdybych mela volit soukrome, tak do hotelu Cerny Orel spise Cerny Havran ...
