Pension and Camping WOLF — Hotel in okres Náchod

We booked this on booking.com and they had a rating of 8.6 therefore we were expecting something really great. However, it did not turn out that way. We stayed in a camp that was falling apart. The porch was broken and it felt like we would fall through the boards. One of the posts holding up the roof was lose and almost came off many times. The Wi-Fi is pretty horrible. The chairs provided in the cabin are so uncomfortable you cannot sit on them. The pillows provided aren't really pillows at all. They are very flat and you have to fold them to be some what comfortable. The noise is non stop! The camp is located beside a very busy street with huge trucks driving by at all times. The cabins are very close together and they don't have strict rules for noise so people are outside talking loudly and playing music until late at night 12-1am. Our kids couldn't fall asleep because of the noise on many nights. The neighbors dogs bark at each other all night long and when you finally fall asleep you are woken up by a rooster around 4am in the morning. The toilets and showers should be clean more often. There is no soap in the toilets and therefore must remember to always bring your own after using the toilets. All in all, we really could't believe the property has a 8.6 rating. It's true the accommodation is cheap and there is a trampoline and ping pong table that the children enjoyed but those are the only things that are good about this place. If I had known, I would have spent more to go someplace else and enjoyed my holiday...

The place was very cosy and nice and the owners of the place were amazing and very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean, you will find there everything you need. Nice and calm camping ground with kitchen and other amenities. A god place to stay and relax in the evening after visiting the nearby lake. They offer some refreshments and there is a list of food delivery options, that I do recommend using in case you do not feel like...

Neskutečně pohodové, pan majitel fajn-všechno ukázal, provedl. Rodinné prostředí. Nevím, jak chatky, ale podkrovní pokojík na přespání naprosto v pohodě. Jen po tropickém dni hodně prohřátý, takže se hůř usínalo...Koupelna se sprchou, umyvadlem a wc - oceňuji háčky a políčku, to často chybí! 😉 Čisto, ručníky k dispozici, lednička na pokoji. Možná trochu chybí stolek, ale už by se fakt nevešel. Balkón je společný pro dva pokoje a je opravdu mini. Ale stejně je víc využíváno společné sezení venku, kde je i pro hosty naražen sud s 11° za 25,- 😉 Společná kuchyň s jídelnou skvěle vybavena. Je možnost si i nějaké jídlo nechat dovézt z 1km vzdálené restaurace. Pro děti trampolína, koš na basket, pingpongový stůl... Za sebe vlastně lituji, že jsme tu zůstávali jen jednu noc,...
