Visited with a youngster, who had a week long sport camp here. The organizers of the activities went over and above, keeping the youngsters active, hydrated and fed. Overall there were about 200 sport enthusiasts, not all part of our sport camp. Although there is a great variety of entrées and soups on the menu, majority of them - 99% - are meat-based. There is a restaurant on the second floor, that sells beer during lunch and I imagine dinner also. Sleeping quarters are spartan, but for older kids are OK. Soccer fields are a short walk away, and the kids spent many training hours there, their coaches were absolutely professional. Also nearby, there is an area for beach volleyball and mini golf. There is a pool on the premises, however I did not see it. Parking was free, although it was not easy to find a spot. Some parents of the youngsters in the camp stayed at the B&B U Anny Smejdirky, which is the best choice in Nymburk by far. If you arrive a day early for the camp, I recommend visiting Château Loucen, 15 minutes away by car, with 11+ mazes and labyrinths on the huge premises, and giant garden chess set. Neméně si ceníme laskavosti pana Zdeňka Lejska ml., který nám ochotně zapůjčil reprobednu, což výrazně přispělo k hudebnímu doprovodu a skvělé náladě celé oslavy.

The room is terrible. Small, no hangers, not clean and carpet has spots and is not clean. I think they have tried to put new furniture in old rooms. Window is dirty on the inside. The staff in reception don't know what service is and talk very bad english. I will...
