We’re very disappointed. We stayed there many times in the past. Usually they were very friendly but that changed somehow. Service during check in and payment was unfriendly and impersonally. Even we were a bigger group all of us waited passionate for the Keys and the payment of the rent. The behavior of the Landlady was just ridiculous stressed and unfriendly.

No complaisance because of a canceled event which made us to ask for a earlier checkout. We offered a compensation because of late cancellation but she refused in a unfriendly manner and charged the full price. Fast money mostly goes with the lost of costumers. I will never book this...

Pekné ubytovanie, čistota, veľká priestranná izba. K dispozícii na izbe bez príplatku rôzna kozmetika do sprchy, káva, čaj, rýchlovarná kanvica, tv s bohatou ponukou a internet. Oplotený pozemok, parkovanie bez príplatku priamo pred hotelom. Vynikajúce a veľmi bohaté raňajky, ktoré boli nachystané presne na dohodnutý čas - bolo si z čoho vyberať, dostatočné množstvo, všetko čerstvé a chutné, bohatý výber nápojov. K tomu milá pani, ktorá bola veľmi ochotná splniť každé...

Das Personal war unfreundlich, unflexibel und null Kundenorientiert! Das Frühstück für 15 Euro war ein schlechter Witz. Rohes Rührei, billig Aufbackbrötchen und Saitenwürste waren das Highlight. Ein weiteres mal werden wir hier wohl nicht mehr...
