It was ok in general, but it can be improved without much effort. The restaurant is ok, but the menu is not in English, they do have on menu in English but that food is not available everyday, and most of the staff do not speak English. There was a girl that was fluent in Eglish but she does not work every day, therefore be ready to use google translate to check the menu, to order, to pay, etc. Breakfast was ok, if you want milk (for cereal or else), you need to request it since it is not available self service as is the rest of the food. They do not change the towels every day, the did not replenish the soap and shampoo everyday either, actually they did not do it in three days, I had to request soap and shampoo at the front desk (thanks google translate). been to this restaurant several times......each time seems to be different depending on who is working that day. On this particular day the place was cold and not many customers. Service was OK but not great. Three of us had the Asian food with rice or fries and it was good. My wife had the fried cheese and she liked it as always. they have good Pilsner Urquel beer on tap here but it was not very cold. It’s a simple but great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helped wherever they can. We were there with 20 people. There is enough parking space, free WiFi, etc. The food is really great, a real surprise. The staff try to speak English, but German is better.
