Hotel Erwin Junker Holice — Hotel in okres Pardubice

The Erwin Junker in Holice is a very modern building which is in stark contrast to the normal architecture of Holice. There is ample parking next to the hotel.|Reception at the front desk on the first floor was very friendly.|We were given a large and bright room with a big balcony and a nice bathroom. All features expected in a 4*-hotel including air conditioning were available and worked fine. The only thing we missed was a kettle.|Surprisingly the relatively small TV-set did not offer any international programs. The Wi-Fi worked fast.|The buffet breakfast in a friendly bright room offered little choice and its quality was average at best. We don't normally stay in Holice but due to a Heavy Metal festival we found this hotel. First off the hotel is situated above a factory and cannot be missed as it is bright Green. This is a small hotel but very contemporary and is a very high standard for the area. The food is top quality with lots of fresh dishes available. The Rooms are large with an overhead or freehand shower.The staff speak good English and are very flexible( we arrived late and the chef hung around to make dinner). The bill had been prepared correctly. The only reason I don't give a 5 star is I think the cost is a little high for the area, however still cheaper...
