Pension Country Relax — Hotel in okres Plzeň-jih

Spent last weekend in Roupov, next to Merklin in the Czech Rep. On this countryside farm and Pension. Clean air, clear skies, starry nights. This place is located on rolling hillside with great views to the village of Roupov.|Hearty breakfast at Pension Country Relax. The rooms were iimmaculately clean, spacious, and quiet. Free WIFI.|The rooms rate a 4.5 stars. The Hostess is very friendly and all spoke english. Horse stables close by and of course the Galloway Cow farm.|This place is 1 hour away from Prag and 20 mins. from Pilsen. Many great local restaurants serving local specialties. Surprisingly your money will stretch a long ways. Great for those on holidays. Czech Rep. is a great place to visit on a low budget. All shops and restaurants are within driving distance. Vehicle operators need not fear running out of fuel as there are Filling Stations along highways and in villages. |Make sure you have Czech Money as many places do not take Dollars or Euros. ATMs available along Freeways and big towns.||PS. Recommend using an up to date Navigation System when driving. We used Google Maps to navigate and engaged Mobile data roaming and it worked great...no problems. Do not fear following the Nav. Sys. as the roads may take you through villages, where your city instincts will kick in and say.........oh,oh I think we're lost when your actually not. Google Maps navigation is up to date for Europe. Kudos to Google Nav. ||We came here to play Softball and Google maps showed us the field in Merklin, out in the middle of nowhere and could not believe that anyone will play high level competition ball deep in the country side. We drove from Berlin, Germany straight to Roupov found Country Relax in the middle of the night with no problems. Liked · We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of our month-long holiday and we couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the Czech Republic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gallaway Farma and found it to be a wonderful, peaceful and comfortable farm setting. Jana our host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rental rooms are situated on the top level of one of the barns on the property, and below them are a variety of other designated areas, including horse stables, storage rooms and the ranch kitchen where breakfast is served. Our room (#8) was very spacious, had loads of natural light and looked out over the vast fields of animals. The kitchenette in our room was very modern, clean and well-equipped. A great, plentiful breakfast is served here with a large variety of options to choose from. This pension has loads of car parking and is located in an ideal, central location to explore the nearby towns and surrounding countryside. |Disliked · A minor comment we have involved the lovely deck and seating area attached to our room, which we sadly didn't spend much time enjoying because it was very close to and overlooked the stable...

Pension je v malé vesničce mezi pastvinami a vládne tam naprostý klid. Všude kolem jsou koně a kravky a sem tam zaslechnout zabučení, zařehtání nebo klapot koňských kopyt bylo moc milé a příjemné. Vyjít ráno z pokoje na čerstvý vzduch a ihned koukat na pastvu plnou zvířat byl balzám pro duši. Ubytování je příjemné, čisté, k dispozici byla na pokoji kuchyňka, střešní okno disponuje roletou, takže v horkých dnech lze nechat po celý den pěkně zataženo a vrátit se večer z výletu do nepříliš dusného prostředí. Je zde možnost připlatit si za snídani, která byla každý den skvělá a pestrá. Slečna/paní, která se o nás starala, byla velmi sympatická. Pension rozhodně...
