Greensgate Golf & Leisure Resort — Hotel in okres Plzeň-město

The hotel receptionist upon our arrival was quite rude and it appeared she did not like her job. We witnessed her having a bit of a confrontation with a guest when we arrived and thought that was pretty unusual. Alternatively, the woman who checked us out this morning was very pleasant and apologized for our check-in experience with her colleague. ||||The room was very small and the bathroom had a strong odour of urine that drifted into the room. Wifi service in the room was terrible and 95% of the time was non existent. When reserving the hotel with Booking.com, we informed the hotel we needed a good internet/wifi connection in the room to update our website. The "unfriendly" receptionist told me to go to the restaurant, that was where the router was and would likely get a connection there. No windows in the room, just 2 skylights. Thought that might be a bit hazardous in event of an emergency evacuation i.e. FIRE! This morning at 6 am we were awoken by the lawnmowers and gas trimmers. ||||The food and service in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast was included in the room price and was very good. ||||Not sure if it was worth our 5;5 hour drive from Gdansk, Poland given our overall experience. A lesson in customer service & public relations would help them...

Bad experience :( We chose to stay here for our honeymoon trip for 5 nights, which we informed them about at check-in. We were given a room in the tower. It was unbearable to stay in the room during the summer — there was no air conditioning or even a fan, and the heat was overwhelming. The worst part? Every morning at 5 AM, loud machines start operating right outside the hotel to clean the golf course, making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was very basic, and we had to ask every day for simple things to be restocked — like empty cereal bowls or an empty yogurt container. Check-out is at 10 AM, and even though we asked for just 2 more hours, the management rudely refused. Honestly, they should learn how to treat all guests well — not just those who play golf. The price definitely does not match the quality...

Hotel is a part of golf resort. Suitable for golf players. I stayed 2 days with my colleague in the hotel. So I could to see a lot of rooms and apartments. Standard rooms are very small. There are beautiful apartments in stone building next to main building. I stayed in another building 300m from main building , close to green. There is huge double apartment with big terrace. Modern forniture. Everything new and clean. Food in restaurant is good. Nothing special. Missing...
