Nice hotel, enjoy staying there and visit a few times per year. Staff is friendly and there is always enough parking available. Rooms a good and I generally sleep well. The only 2 areas of improvement ist the breakfast and the speed of check-in. The breakfast is below average for Ibis and does not meet the international standard of IBIS. Poor quality products and bad coffee. Especially the bread and croissants are not up to standard. For the check in the process is slow, every time we stay here the same problem. Even my colleagues notice this and complain about it. Last time I tried the express check-in online but I was still requested to wait in line until it was my turn. Strange enough my name is often written wrong, despite correct writing in the booking and my Accor accounts. It seems that the local system is not...

Our group had an amazing stay at the Ibis Hotel in Plzeň! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home.

We’d especially like to thank the incredible staff for their professionalism and friendliness. A very special mention goes to Pavlína — she was absolutely wonderful! Her positive energy, helpful attitude, and constant smile truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience. She went above and beyond for all of us, and we’re so grateful.

The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — everything we needed for a great stay. But it was the people who really made it special. Thank you to the whole Ibis Plzeň team — you made our trip unforgettable!
