Legner Hotel Zvánovice - Forest Spa — Hotel in okres Praha-východ

We just ran a Conference at the Legner hotel, and were all extremely pleased with the Hotel, the service, the food, and the general experience we had running this Event on beside of this great staff, in beautiful grounds. The rooms are great, comfortable and spacious. Clean rooms and bathrooms and beautiful views. Beautiful Spa, walks in the gorgeous woods of Czech republic countryside, and some activities available. We did some yoga, ping pong, football, we could do some archery as well, and couple of people had a massage. ||||The Hotel is beautiful and the countryside and general grounds of the Hotel was very relaxing. It made such a pleasant weekend for all of the participants. The Hotel is quite big so we never felt like we were stuck in one space, and could move around from room to room, the outdoors is gorgeous and always found new little spots to sit and relax, or have a chat. The four Conference rooms were fantastic and full of sunlight! The main big conference room has a large balcony, which is great! There was a good internet connection everywhere you went, and the weather was amazing it was sunny and hot the whole time we were there, in the middle of September!||||We were 60 participants, and the Conference ran from Friday afternoon to Sunday mid day. We required a Vegetarian menu only, which the Hotel adapted really well to, we also had a few specific dietary requirements. The hotel provided us with a variety of different options, always really delicious, with a selection of different choices for different tastes and always more than enough for everyone. They also provided us with a separate buffet for the people who had particular dietary requirements, throughout the whole event. Everyone seemed very happy about the food, and we had a lot of positive feedback about how good the food was.||||We have been quite difficult throughout this process of reservation, and were making changes every week to two weeks for about 4 months. Eva from the hotel, who was liaising with us in English, was always very helpful, and was communicating back quickly, which made the organisation of the event very smooth. The Staff was very adaptable to any changes or new requests, and always very attentive to our needs. ||||It was great working with Legner Hotel, and a very helpful friendly Staff, We were very happy running our event there, and can't think of anything that went wrong. I stayed in this hotel during our two days business trip - accommodation and full board.||Hotel is located in the nature, with beautiful surroundings. I think this hotel was renovated many years ago. ||Our room was small, but clean. Bahtroom was also very small as well with typical plastic shower box. Generally OK.||Staff seems to be anoyed with bigger groups, they propably like the hotel to be nearly empty. ||The food thay serve wasn´t good at all. The best meal we had was oven baked chicken with boiled potatoes - simple and tasty. But for example - horrible pork steak with ham and cheese and chips! Meat was deadly dry, ham+cheese = welcome in 1990´s and oily and soggy chips. Not good at all. ||In total = this hotel is in very nice place in the middle of the nature and could be brillinat place for meatings, short holidays for families or group of friend but some body (=the owner) should take care about food and staff...

Nachází se v blízkosti Prahy a přitom jsou obklopené nádhernými lesy. Check in proběhl v klidu. Bydleli jsme mimo hlavní budovu v bungalovech s teráskou přilepených k sobě ve dvou řadách. Cestou na ubytování mě zarazili do očí bijící právě probíhající úpravy na trávníku přímo před terasami ovšem bez zaměstnanců. Nejprve jsem si říkal, snad to nebudou dodělávat brzy ráno - později jsem pochopil, že od práce vyloženě někdo utekl a nechal tam vše ležet ladem přes víkend (viz foto) což celkovému dojmu velmi ubralo. Bungalov byl papírový a tak bylo vše od sousedů slyšet, takže pokud máte prostřední pokoj nepomůže ani fakt, že sousedi nejsou hluční. Měli jsme pronajatou dětskou postýlku - podložka byla rozlámaná na několika místech, nedalo se na tom spát, za příplatek je to hanba! Malá lezla po bungalovu, jako ďabel - vytřela podlahu až byla celá černá od prachu což mě opět zklamalo, nejsem člověk, který by chodil s bílou rukavičkou a zkoušel vymetat rohy místností, ale zde očividně vytřeno nebylo! Na naší terase se uhnízdily bohužel včely a létaly do hnízda skrz prkna v podlaze, takže tam člověk nemohl posedět a ani moc chodit. Na terasy zatékala voda a na jedné polovině dokonce chyběla střecha úplně - údajně ji vítr urval - to chápu, ale nechápu proč tento pokoj dávají svým hostům. Snídaně na tříhvězdu akorát ucházející. Místní restaurace působila dojmem posledního škubnutí. Jakoby jim odešel personál a hlavně kuchař. Dělají 6 jídel na nichž se nedá snad nic zkazit. Pokud nemáte polopenzi, může se stát, že si v době jídla nesednete - to se mi ještě nikdy a nikde nestalo! Personál je milý a velmi empatický v lomení rukama nad vašimi stížnosti. Ubytování bych si za stejných podmínek nezopakoval (cena + již zmíněné okolnosti). Pokud bych věděl, že je již vše napraveno uvažoval bych nad tím.
