Penzion Centrum — Hotel in okres Praha-východ

The whole experience was charming and pleasant. The hotel is located in the downtown area, surrounded by coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and convenience stores. Albert the grocery store and the train station are both within a 10-min easy walk. The hotel does not have AC, but I didn't need it anyway. When I opened a window, the breeze blew the fragrance of flowers on the window sill into the room. I heard church bells. The breakfast was hearty. The staff was personable. The room was serviced every single day. Toilet paper rolls were replenished, and extra rolls were standing by in a shared space. It is a hotel that I want to return...

We booked to stay here for a weekend and were so horrified by the place that we left after 5 minutes. The public areas were dusty, slightly grubby and very unwelcoming. The family room which was right at the top of the adjoining building was basic, grubby, smelled horrible, and had a weird glass door to the bathroom. The hotel refused to give us a refund (and booking.com were totally unhelpful) but it was preferable to lose our money than spend...

Very basic accommodation but room was clean and tidy. We arrived very late but the manager was very helpful and accommodating.|Breakfast was very good with a selection of hot food and beverages.
