Motel u KRBU — Hotel in okres Praha-západ

As you enter the motel's restaurant, the first thing that caught my attention was the overall well-maintained appearance of the place. While it OK in terms of upkeep and tidiness, I couldn't help but feel that it lacked something special in terms of ambiance or decor. The service I received during my visit was decent. The staff were polite and attentive, but not particularly engaging or friendly. I have been here many time and have only visited generally while waiting for my EV to charge, so I have not had the opportunity to experience an overnight stay here. Moving on to the food, I found the prices to be on the higher side. However, I must say that the portions were generous and the quality of the food was better than most. I particularly enjoyed the taste and texture of the dishes I ordered. In the summer, there is a terrace available for diners to sit on while waiting for their cars to charge, which is cool. However, it should be noted that the terrace faces the road and may not be the most peaceful or scenic dining experience. When it comes to the coffee and espresso, I found them to be decent. They were well-made and, but nothing particularly stood out. On one occasion, I also had the opportunity to take away food from this establishment and it was quite enjoyable. The food was well-packaged and still tasted fresh. They were attentive to give us extra utensils and many tissue papers. It seemed that many of the people at the resto were likely overnight guests. I could see a breakfast table set up in the distance. All in all, my experience heret was decent but not...

Receptionist was very unwelcoming, wasted time. She failed to activate the room card and I had to walk back from a separate building to activate it again, she seemed very unwilling to do her job and looked at me like it was not her problem when I returned with the faulty card. Room was small, very low ceiling due to roof shape causing some rooms to not be suitable for anyone taller than 170cm (I banged my head really hard on a number of occasions due to this). Upon entering the room it stank of chemicals (bleach, disinfectant etc) and it was scraping our throats. The room reeked of sewage and manure after 8pm as well so after opening the window the room had to be aired through the front door affecting privacy and safety. Wifi connection was very weak and disconnected on a number of occasions by itself.

Very bad service. We stayed to charge our Tesla and wanted to eat something, so we went in. We are Germans. The waiters didn't know any German words and spoke very bad english. The last time, they said no food is available until 11 am. (We were there 10am.) We only got hot chocolate and coffee. Today, we ordered 3 burgers, 1 spaghetti and drinks. They brought us the drinks but nobody of us got food. (We waited like 45mins). We wanted to continue driving and said we have to go.They asked us to wait again 10mins, but we went out because we already drove a lot and had 160km left. So we wanted to get home after many hours. We will never visit this...
