Penzion Severák — Hotel in okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou

I highly recommend finding another place rather than this pension. The owners are incredibly unprofessional. We had the unfortunate situation that a member of our group has two children who came down with fevers. We, then on very short notice, had to cancel on his behalf. We would have been happy to pay some sort of restituion if the owners had remained civil. Instead they starting screaming and yelling at my 8 month pregant wife and my mother in law. Please also keep in mind that we made the reservation through them and there was no contractual obligation to pay anything.

What they did next was start ranting about since I am an American that I should pay. I should also note that when I presented my documents the owner refused to accept them as this would pose an inconvenience for him. This violates Czech law.

The rest of the weekend we tried to avoid them but on several occassions we heard them complaining about our group and continually refering to us as "the group with the foreigner." It put a damper on the entire holiday due the unprofessionalism and rudeness...

Pensjonat bardzo czysty i schludny. Bylismy na nartach- dojazd do ośrodka Ricky krotki, a droga dobrze utrzymana. Wydaje mi się, że spod pensjonatu jezdzi skibus, ale sami nie korzystaliśmy. Wspolna kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona i czysta. Nie trzeba zabierać własnych naczyń, wszystko jest na miejscu. Mała lodówka na wyłączność. Cieplutko, miło.
