Jitřenka — Hotel in okres Tachov

we planned to stay overnight in this hotel. as the hotel website and www.booking.com announced different prices for doubleroom, I wanted check it out with hotel reception by phone. for the first time, I even asked whether the room is available, receiving positive respond I followed by question for the price. then I got a quite rude response from receptionist that I should have to ask for the price before checking availability - what did it mean??? This hotel is situated in a small spa town. It is a very quiet town in the middle of nowhere. The building is very nice and the staff are very helpful. The food was good and wholesome. My only criticism was the towels - they were too hard. My daughter didn't like the hard mattress, I personally liked it.
