Traveling with 2 young kids.||||Let's start with the good things. ||Hotel is just renovated, everything looks nice and fresh. Employees are friendly but not advanced in English. Breakfast included is very basic, but good. Fresh warm bread, super good coffee, juices, ham, cheese, yogurt, etc.. all good enough.||||Failing parts:||The room had not curtains and a big glass window; we arrived on Wednesday and was told that it would installed on Friday. Got a white blanket to put on it but the room still super bright. After 3 very early mornings decided to check out and was told since i used booking i had to pay all the days. ||||We had a crib for the baby and an extra bed to the toddler, after 5 times laying and having the bad falling we decided to leave in the floors; the wood and iron from this bad was touching the walls and i guess every time my sun moved and the bed felt, scratched the walls which they wanted to charged me for.||||I was told the room was not ready that the company said they would put the curtains and didn't come, that the room was not for family... So why did they rented in the first place? It is the guest fault now??||||The restaurant, part of the hotel, also look fresh with a nice new play area for the kids; the food and waiting time was super bad, it look very long and the food unfortunately was over cooked and tasteless. I ordered one of the expensive dishes, entrecote steak and came burned. I guess for drinks and coffee, it is a good place to be, since the kids can play around, but for dinner, I don't recommend.||||During summer the rooms not facing the street must be better, there is no air-condition or fan in the rooms and in hot days you need to open the windows and it becomes noise from the cars, buses, etc.. ||||Great potential with a bit more...
