Blue Pension — Hotel in okres Trutnov

One of the worst experience ever. Looks like the lady is never happy to see anyone new around. We have called and they told all good and we can come and stay. And we traveled around 50 km to there. And then firstly she didn't let us to see the place before we pay and then finally she only let one of us to see the rooms. But she still told that we can not check the garden if we will not pay. I felt like she was doing all her best to not let us to stay.

Response to the response : Firstly the way that you talk is another example that you don't really know how to communicate with the proper way. Humiliating someone by calling " scammer " just because a bad review is unnecessary behavior. Especially if the reason was yourself. :)

We have called you and wanted to book it from AIRBNB as we are abroad and online payments are working better for us and you asked us to not do it. Means you as well tried to cheat AIRBNB. So, please... What scammers... :)

We didn't want to use anything before we pay. We just wanted to see what we are going to pay for. If you didn't understand please when you are writing the description do not write that " We speak...

If it is possible to give zero, this penzion will definetely get one... but the lowest number of stars is one, so one star for colour (blue is my favourite)... I am totally disgusted by the penzion staff, they were rude, honestly I have never seen this kind of behavior before and I wish I will never ever see it again... I saw them yelling at strangers, no empathy, no respect, no sense of humanity. Just abusive language. Rooms are nothing special, small and like from very cheap hostel. Location is not good, next to the penzion is cemetery and cross the road is noisy bar. I recommend you hotels at Pec pod Snezkou, better choice, near by mountains and decent staff, thanks for...

Just imagine that,You are driving hundred of kilometers after You made a phone call to the owner,and finally later on you get the place you booked so tired and the host says that “we don’t have the room that you booked but we have another one” ok let’s check it “yes,but only 1 person” can we go both as we are 4 persons at least half of us should to be informed about the place and only one person walks in and the owner shuts the door to You face!) then she behave her self so baad with the words you do not pay you do not see anything! terrible...
