Grund Resort Golf & Ski — Hotel in okres Trutnov

CAUTION!!! Always check your bills and how much money the hotel wants. Espacially when your leaving. They make a lot of "mistakes".

Restaurant was terrible. Room as well. Not clean, old and not worth the money. Staff was ok. Mostly friendly. The surroundings are very beautiful and quite. Could have been a nice trip with another hotel. No idea why the other reviews are so good. Probably fake. However, we can agree with most of the bad ones.

NOT recommended.

Of course we have clarified everything, but the chain of evidence is worrying, that's all I'm saying. Other guests should just be vigilant. I don't really care if you share my point of view. The floor may be fine, but what about the completely mouldy shower, to give just one example. One doesn`t want to keep photos of that either. And things didn't just go wrong once. And the opinions of some guests coincide with our statements. It's more questionable how so many positive opinions can arise in the opposite direction. It should also not be the claim of a hotel to establish a certain standard, such as cleanliness or a proper bill, only at the explicit request of the guests. With big respect was set this dog & kid friendly hotel building into the nature using natural material as wood and stone. Roof curves fluently copies surrounding hills sceneries. ||Our superior room was big enough for three. Appreciate big formats of nature stone at walls, wood, glass and inventive design. Through huge windows you can absorb the beauty of Krkonose. |Tip to improve: housekeeping 😉||You won’t even make a mistake to book Hradecek apartments. They are big, nice with equipped kitchen. It depends what you prefer. ||Indoor and outdoor children playground. Cozy clean and modern wellness. New e-bike rental, e-car Tesla charging at car park and big golf training facilities. ||Breakfast is various and ample. All employees are nice, professional, friendly and helpful. We’ve got many tips, where to go and what to do that we made our stay really special! Could spend another week to have time enough to try it all. |Tip for families with children. I have returned to the Grund Resort Golf and Ski after many years. I've always loved this hotel and resort. For me, it offered wonderful rooms, design, service, and excellent cuisine, but I never thought about the people who are so crucial to its operation. Without them, it wouldn't be anything. I want to thank Patricie, who took our reservation by phone and then accommodated us. I want to thank the other receptionists – Lucie and Angelika, the entire FB team – the restaurant and bar, and Eva. Our room was spotlessly clean, and my thanks go to Mrs. Gabriela. This place is full of surprises. This was our first time (partially) staying in a villa of the Project apartmány Hrádeček, and the views of the surrounding area are literally breathtaking. I want to thank you for a wonderful stay; I'd love to come back. Post Scriptum: Václav Havel's love for Hrádeček doesn't surprise me.
