Just returned from a week staying here in February Family with 2 kids 9 and 12 on a ski vacation. The houses were very very good- spacious clean and everythig included.||Staff spoke either german or english and were very enthusiastic and friendly. We rented skis from the reception good service and same price as everywhere else so we found no point shopping around. Cerny dul itself is a small quiet town- we are beginners and foud the skiing great- From happy hill there is a free bus that comes around the park to pick you up or you can take your own car to cerny dul and parking is free.||||We also took the free bus to cerna hora which is a much bigger ski area but found the ques for the cable car and snow cat very long so we only did ths once.Our vote goes for cerny dul skiing and I have promised the kids we will return next year.||||For shopping/ eating out in the evening there is a larger town nearby Vrchlabí here you can find a lidl and another even cheaper supermarket Kaufman both places are good. In the town itself we ate out for some 40 euros for the 4 of us- You have to book the day before...
Read moreShame on a resort that is unwilling to listen to their customers and instead of trying to help, lies to them and takes advantage of their situation.||We booked a villa 8 months in advance and paid an advance to secure it. Unfortunately we had bad luck and the airline we bought our tkts went bankrupt and we lost our tickets and money. ||We contacted the resort several months before about our situation in a thought to help them get other travelers to book the rooms instead. ||But instead of getting help and some understanding from them, they kept lying to us, blaming us for the situation and calling us “cheap customers”, simply a big disgrace and the worst customer service you would expect to get!||I would be very careful from businesses like that who blame their customers, call them derogatory names....

We contacted the resort so they will have enough time to find other travelers and asked them if they could refund us because the situation even though we didn’t have insurance.|For more than five (5) months we are sending them emails and they promised to return the money but that never happened. really hoped they would be OK but nothing came out of it. They just stopped responding to our emails. |Big advice, BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE PAYING THEM...
