During our hiking trip, we decided to visit some places to take a small break from the freezing cold outside. One of the places we went to was a restaurant, which was ideal due to its location after all the hiking we had done. The restaurant was big and had a warm atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to rest and rejuvenate.

However, we found the toilets to be really cold, which was a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we decided to order some warm soups, coffee, hot chocolate, and one of the fresh desserts of the day, which turned out to be really good. Although the prices were a bit high, we expected it due to the restaurant's location.

Overall, we recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a small break during their hiking trip. The warm atmosphere and location make it a great choice to take a break and recharge before continuing your journey. This hotel is the only option on Radhost, and it seems the proprietors know it and are taking advantage of the fact. Yes, the view is amazing, but the accommodations are old and run down, and not overly clean. It seems the hotel has not been updated since the 1980s. The furniture is haggard and generally uncomfortable, and the bathrooms, which are in the hall, are in major need of rennovation (cracked tiles, old plumbing, etc.). We did not sleep well as a result, and to make matters worse, workmen woke us up with a generator and power tools at 6:45 am. When we complained, the manager (the son of the owner) blew us off. Also, there is a large and violent dog on the property that we were warned to stay away from. Among the positives, the dinner and breakfast were good, and being on Radhost after all the crowds are gone is really something special. Even so, the price was not worth it. This is a two star hotel at best, but we paid four...

Na horské chatě očekávám vysoké ceny, to nekomentuju. Jídlo bylo spíš průměrné, nedochucené. To by se dalo asi zlepšit přinejmenším solí, které bohužel venku není k dispozici nebo o tom není nikde nic napsáno. Ovšem obsluha je tristní, nepříjemná náladu zničující. Poté co jsme si uvnitř vyčkali nekonečných x minut, číšník/ce si nás povšimli. Bylo nás 5, to se dá přehlédnout. Po první objednávce číšnice odešla do kuchyně a už se zbytku lidí úspěšně vyhýbala. Nevadí hned po té se nám věnoval číšník, ten po první objednávce odeslal celou partu ven, s tím že objednávku polévek a pití můžeme udělat venku. To, že to bylo otráveným způsobem neřeším. Když jsme objednávku udělali venku (1x vývar, 1x kyselice a 1x malinovka), bylo nám řečeno, že venku není možné objednat vývar jen kyselice. Se značným otrávením jsem se vrátil do "příjemného" prostředí. Tam okolo mně procházel jeden číšník vedle druhého, nezajímajíc se. To mě po několika minutách (cca 9) donutilo jít k barmanovi. Číšníci se neobtěžovali, a nadiktoval jsem opět svoji objednávku. S "překvapením" mě číšník prozradil, že malinovku uvnitř netočí, že mám jít ven. Barman byl mimochodem slušně vychován a mile mi tuto informaci sdělil. Vzápětí už na mě volal číšník, jakou chci polévku ... jeho nepříjemné průpovídky jsem ignoroval. I jeho "hej pojď sem", čímž mé kamarádce oznámil, že jí donesl polévku. Takže resumé: rozhodně neporučuji tento podnik navštívit. I když chápu shon lidí, dělající na baru/restauraci ... mě jako zákazníka to nezajímá, to ať si vyřeší...
