The Florian was really nice. We did not have high expectations for a small town hotel next to a train station, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was neat, tidy, and modern, clearly re-done recently, and surprisingly large by European standards. The manager and his daughter were pleasant, helpful and polite, and the waiter in the restaurant was the same. The breakfast was also good. Given the location, the Florian was also quiet. I was taken to the Florian for lunch, there was a set menu with soup of the day and two main dishes. You could help yourself to as much soup as you wished and the main courses were simple but very well prepared. Served on linen table cloths in a full restaurant it was a delightful lunch.
