We stayed in the hotel over a week and as longer we stayed the negatives took over the positives of this hotel. First few days cleaners were coming in the morning and towards the end they were coming at 3pm, 4pm and 4.30pm. When they knocked at the door for the cleaning service we sent them back as we wanted to rest. Obviously, they were quite happy about that. If you stay a day or two, you would not notice that the same dish you may order is cooked differently, but the beef soup for example comes once with spagetthi, another time with cous-cous, sometimes with parsley , sometimes without! It was on Saturday that we wanted to buy public transport tickets and one of the receptionists (an old lady) did not want to sell us return tickets, saying that she does not have enough tiers and can give us only two tickets. When she open the dreamer to take them, we saw that she had at least another 10 tickets and when we told her that she has, she said that other guests might want tickets as well and she could not sell it to us. We asked to speak to the Manager and she started making gestures, saying she did not understand what we are asking. We asked the waiter and the girl in charge for the breakfast to give us the Manager's details and suddenly none of them was speaking English!!! How convenient! At this point we did not feel welcomed in the hotel anymore and it was only when we said we want to leave and asked for a refund , than we were put through to the Manager. After explaining everything, she asked me to leave the payment receipt at the reception and said she will repay the money on the card in 3 days, when she goes back in the hotel. We did leave the receipt, along with a notice to remind her about the case - and here we go, 4 weeks later, we have not...

A relevant choice only if you were visiting the nearby CZU for wirk.||I did and had to stay for two days.||Early cgeck in was unavailable, which can happen.||At chech in time I was given a room that was not ready and was offered a ready one after the cleaners advised reception.||||The room was extremely basic and dated.||No AC, no fan, no ventiation in the bathroom. The room was extremely hot, and only thick duvets are prodived. Having the window open all night became necessary, despite the noise and smoke from the restaurant downstairs.||||No drinking water, no coffee making facilities, and the most temperimental shower i have ever used, with the temperature not staying the same for more than ten seconds.||The beds were not actual beds but flimsy mattresses on big boxes. That was the good part...||||After coming back from work before my second sleep, I find that all my clothes had been removed, as had my food from the minifridge...||I went to reception and was advised that someone thought i checked out...!!!||The room was paid for two days, so even if i chose not to stay, nothing should have been touched. Upon me getting angry the receptionist found my clothes bagged in some storage area, but informed me that my food was gone, most likely shared by the cleaners...I was not offered a soup or a biscuit or nothing. ||||This was by far the worst hotel experience for me, worldwide. To claim that this is a 4* property should be punishable by law, as a gross misinformation. The place would struggle to get two stars by any standard.||||If your choice is between sleeping in a car or in Carl Inn, you might be excused for choosing it...if other options exist stay well clear and avoid..||||The worst hotel...

We stayed late April for a stag do as our hotel cancelled and this was the only one available, there was a group of 7 lads. |The hotel is a 25-30min taxi to the centre which costs roughly 400crn or the bus stop over the road takes about 25 min including the metro which the man on reception explained to us.|We had dinner in the hotel the first night and beers were good and cheap, the rib eye steak which I ordered was really nice. The mixed grill wasn't a mixed grill but some weird spicey pepper and meat thing, that didn't go down too well with those that ordered. |We had breakfast the next day and it's honestly the worst breakfast I've ever had, hot dogs and rice was the main option 🤔 I stuck to the cereal which was ok. There is nowhere to get a good breakfast from anywhere near.|The rooms are old fashioned and we only had clean towels on the last day, im guessing the cleaner wanted a tip. Beds are rock hard and the shower keeps cutting out and going cold.|The staff are rude but I think that's a Czech thing, overall I wouldn't go back to the hotel but would visit Prague again and stay in the centre. This is no way a 4 star hotel 2...

I was staying at the hotel Carl Inn for two nights to spend an extensive, focused working session there and can absolutely promise that this is the perfect choice for such plans. Consequently, I hardly left the hotel grounds but that was not even necessary as a small convenience store is situated right in front of it and I've had breakfast included in my booking. Despite some earlier reviews on Google Maps, I can confirm that to me my room looked exactly as shown on the pictures. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and I even had access to a (at least semi-)private balcony. I also really liked the hotel's breakfast concept which probably played a big role in assuring the breakfast's high quality. It was a great short getaway & I can completely recommend the hotel. Also, the staff was extraordinarily nice. THANK YOU! 🌟

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The building is old, and it’s clear that no proper renovation has been done for a long time — the furniture and plumbing are worn out. The heating didn’t work, and the room was cold. There were no slippers, which should be standard for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was very basic, with minimal choice. We also found hair on the bed, which was extremely unpleasant. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and polite, and there was free parking available.Overall, the level of comfort and service does not match the hotel’s claimed 4-star category.
