Wir wahren zu viert beim Besuch im Restaurant||Die Lage im Wald ist super.||Die Damme, die uns bedingt hat hat ganze Zeiteinen ausdrucksloses steinernes gesicht gehabt. Die Suppe hat nach nichts geschmeckt, war lauwarm. wir haben einen Rumpfsteak besteht, es wurde gefragt ob Medium oder durch. Wir haben durchgebraten besteht. Es kam aber medium, bei der Nachfrage hat sie Damme uns erklärt, dass es nicht Blut ist sonder Saft. Wir haben trotzdem gebeten, das das Fleischstück nochmals gebraten wird. Nach ca. 10 min kamm das Fleischstück gekocht auf den Teller. By far the best Czech hotel we stayed at and the best food too. Wild game goulash particularly wonderful. Owner could not be more helpful. He also speaks excellent English. Real sense of history about the place: breakfast was like going back to the 30s. Unbelievable value for money. Room very comfortable and well equipped. Surrounding forest...

Na Hotel Vítkov (tak se to prý před tím jmenovalo), jsme dostali tip od přátel, a tak jsme tam vyrazili oslavit moje narozeniny. Přivítalo nás krásně o/upravené prostředí, sice s lehkým nádechem kýče, ale to člověk rád odpustí, když je čisto, příjemná obsluha a dobrá kuchyně. A to se v tomhle případě sešlo kompletně. Malou chybičku bych viděl v širší nabídce nealko nápojů, jako řidiči by mi třeba bodlo Crodino jako aperitiv, nebo domácí limonáda. Dali jsme si hovězí steak z Anguse, srnčí steak a konfitované kachní stehýnko. Vše bylo naprosto špičkové, já mám rád úpravu medium rare a tohle bylo přesné. Ani příloha nezklamala. Například petrželovo mrkvové hranolky sice zní nepoživatelně, ale jsou skvělé. Tedy ty na Vítkově byly. Vrcholem nirvány však byly dezerty. Já jsem si dal dortík Vítkov, manželka horké maliny a dcera čokoládový fondán. Vše bylo orgastické, hlavně tím, že kuchař šetřil cukrem, a tak vynikla skvělá chuť jak malin, tak horké čokolády. Za mě to je 5* a pokud by to četl někdo z personálu, tak přidávám malý tip - mrkněte na tu...
