Penzion U Fouska — Hotel in Sokolov District

Convenient location for arriving into Chodov by bus and depart by train which was close by. There is a Lidl store and a pub serving food a very short distance away. Small, family run pension, though I was possibly the only guest there that night. Friendly host. The room had basic furnishings, but it was comfortable and the bathroom was ok too. A good breakfast in the morning.

The back rooms can be a bit noisy as the property is close to the railway track. You might want to request one at the front as the street wasn't very busy. The only annoyance was the small family owned dog. It was quite excitable and kept jumping towards my knee...

Wonderful service and clean, tidy facilities. Next were in the area we'll be returning without question.

Wir waren vom 15.12. - 17.12.23 in dieser Unterkunft. Wir wurden vom überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Hausherrn empfangen!!! Von ihm erhielten wir am nächsten Morgen ein hervorragendes und liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück!!! Auch am Sonntag bereitete seine Tochter ebenfalls ein tolles Frühstück!!! Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und im Badezimmer befand sich eine große Dusche mit Ablage und Fön! Es gab auch "weiches" Toilettenpapier! Der Tipp zum Abendessen in das nur ca. 150 Meter entfernte Restaurant "Daliborka" war absolut genial, sodaß wir gleich 2x dort zu Abend...
