Very nice hotel/guest apartment complex. There is a one washer and one dryer at the hotel which is perfect for people who don't like to pack dirty clothes. You'd think the wait time would be really long, but nope! Danish people tend to be extremely considerate.

The apartment itself is phenomenal. It's quite large. There was a kitchenette with pretty much anything you'd need. Tons of glasses and dishes. Fridge. Dishwasher. Oven. Stovetop. A hallway from the kitchenette area leads to your bedroom. It is possible to completely separate the bedroom portion of the apartment from the kitchen portion using an easily slideable wall. Very cool. There are bedside tables and tons of clothing storage beautifully hidden away inside large, tall cabinets along the hallway. There is a safe.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Any request is met with immediate assistance.

The only negatives about this place (which were very minor) is that the breakfast selection (while delicious) isn't quite as large as other places I've been to. The shower is only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass door and, despite the slight incline of the shower floor, the floor outside the shower tends to get flooded with water. Nothing too extreme, but I really wish there was something else to block the water from coming out from underneath the shower door. The sink basin in the bathroom is also flat which I think contributes to debris collecting within the basin. We were only provided one roll of toilet paper, but all you need to do is ask the staff for more.

I would definitely stay here again....

This was a very good experience! It felt like an innovative and well thought through concept, and we really enjoyed it!

Rooms were apartment-style, with a small, but well-supplied kitchen. There were also some stylish elements in the room, with modern concrete walls, oak details, Bang & Olufsen TV and speaker, and for many of the rooms, a balcony.

Overall, the apart-hotel was modern, clean and very fresh. You should be aware that you have to go outdoors under «open skies» between the rooms and the reception and breakfast area, so expect to put on some shoes and maybe a light jacket if it rains.

The breakfast was excellent, and again with a slightly innovative and fresh feel, with spread in small glass containers, coffee in thermoses and a made-to-order omelette bar/kitchen. Bread and rolls were just as expected in Denmark - amazing!

According to the reception, there was an option to bring the breakfast to your own room, and one could even (at a cost) order a 90% ready-made meal for dinner, that would only need heating in the kithen of your room. We did not try this, but liked the concept!

Location-wise, the hotel is not particularly central, but has plenty of parking space if you arrive by car, and the tram is located just outside, and will take you efficiently to the city center.

Overall, this was a great experience, and we can highly recommend it, especially for longer term stays, or for families with a need for some more space and...

On our recent family trip to Aarhus, location was a top priority. I typically aim to stay at Marriott Group hotels as a Gold member, but with no Marriott options in Aarhus, I decided to explore other options. Despite GUESTapart being a 15-minute tram ride from the heart of the city, it stood out for its outstanding reviews—so I decided to give it a try.

The hotel did not disappoint and has officially become my go-to for future Aarhus stays. The digital check-in experience was seamless, and the apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally cozy.

Our schedule didn’t leave much time to fully explore the hotel, aside from breakfast and sleeping, but I found myself wishing we had planned more downtime to relax and enjoy the space. The staff were incredibly kind, and the entire stay was smooth. Their breakfast service was generous, and I particularly loved the option to digitally customize my breakfast eggs—a feature I’d love to see in more hotels worldwide.

I was also impressed by the Woods amenities in the bathroom—excellent quality.

I booked directly with the hotel and found a great deal. My only feedback would be to ensure that all communication is available in English, as I received one email in Danish and another in English, and text messages were only in Danish.

Overall, I would stay here again...

This hotel is not located in the city center, but a few kilometers outside next to the University Hospital. A tram stop is situated just next to the hotel. The check-in was quickly done. Every additional service like wifi password, ordering food or check-out was done online, a corresponding link was sent via text message. The room was nicely earth-colored designed, spacious and clean, except a few long blond hairs in the bed! As I was not hungry in the morning, I didn’t have breakfast, but it looked like it was worth it. One thing, that really bothered me was the thing, that housekeeping knocked on my door and opened it at 09:00 h in the morning for cleaning. They should know and respect privacy, if their guest has left or not, especially when staying one night only. This time I didn’t visit their fitness room or sauna, which I would do so on my next visit in Aarhus.
