Instead of writing, all about it, I am uploading photos and writing details in all the comments below. All in all in the countryside away from everything if you have business to attend to, and they have a car you will be OK. The bedrooms are nice. It needs some details. Definitely about some cleaning in the shower doors some details about the showerhead, the hairdryer and the awful lamps Not only that they are in your face, but one of them blocks your TV screen, the television is a disaster. It barely has a couple of channels. Everything is in danish and was lucky. You will find some kind of old serious in English boring, there were a couple of songs in a channel where I could hear some music and then it disappeared, security wasn’t great because room service top and directly open the door, so I barely grab a towel and cover my naked body, so I was very unhappy about that but the major problem is that one woman at the Réception not only did not believe what I said, she didn’t wanna hear it, she was dismissive all along, and then she was awfully disrespectful so all in all I would give it three stars and I would come back as long as I would have do not disturb sign...

No slippers. No room safe. Iron is in the hallway. Not much to do around. Ballerup is a business town, full of office centres and not much else. Constant WiFi...

For a 4* hotel the bathroom could looking better not as a hostel one. I could debate about price, because in my opinon hotel was not as such good for a 4* so do price could be a little low, but ok - it's DK. Staff - I said I'll share my good opinion about hotel night shift employee Albert. So Albert was very helpful even as he said it was his first night shift and he apologized many times about how long was taking a check-in. We were foreginer guest, very tired and from hotel that we booked before where we couldn't stay because of not llowed dogs (booking said something else...). So Albert found for us aroom, made a few calls for a help, was in so high stress because of us and time ;) But evrything went good and we took our keys to...
