Arrival 6 pm. got a room. The room was not cleaned, the bed was NOT freshly made. Complained. Lady from the reception went to the room, came back after 5 minutebn-now it is made. She only folded the bed, not freshly made, bathroom not cleaned. Wanted to leave. She gave me a fresh room. I slept. At 11pm I was awakened by fist banging on door. was scared. Opened. Security and the cook. I was told to leave the hotel immediately. Asked why. No explanation. Wanted to speak to the manager-that would not be possible. Had to get dressed and undressed in front of the gentlemen, waited in the pouring rain for the cab. At 1 o'clock I found another hotel. I wrote an email to the manager, called him - no contact possible. I have a trauma until today. Fortunately, the children were not there.||As a hotel employee told me, the lady at the reception was not stress resistant. She was angry with me because I wanted a fresh room. She told the manager around 10pm that I was aggressive, which was not true. Was calm and solution oriented. The manager does not even ask his guest, has him forcibly awakened and expelled from the hotel. Disgusting. All staff seem to me oppressed and afraid to talk. It was a very nice hotel, but for my feeling breakfast was terrible. The first day breakfast okay, there was not much choice but still it was good. But the rest of the days it was bad. They have taken away all the sweet breads and the orange juice wax tasting strange. Dinner was very good. And the hotel room was pretty average. The parents sleep on the big bed and the kid sleeps on the couch bed. The couch bed was very small and the 12 year old kid had problems with sleeping there because the kid was too tall. The bathroom was good for my feeling it felt empty. But it was clean.the shower was good but I will advise to put a sweeper there to sweep the floor because after every shower the floor was very wet. The roomservice was excellent and everyone was very friendly. I will advise this if you want a hotel with breakfast for a nice price nearby...
