Nebelgaard Holiday House — Hotel in Billund Municipality

We booked the place for our vacation (20 people) and then days after we had the confirmed booking we got the message that someone else had booked it, so our booking wasn't valid anyway. We didn't lose any money but lost a lot of time to find another place for 20 people in a specific week in the summer holiday. Not fun. The people behind this place don't have bookings under control.
