Staying here supports blind people. Breakfast is decent, but nothing to write home about. Dinner is mostly daily courses (not a la carte) which I like + good service.

I love the pool, sauna, spa area. The pool is estimated 18-20m long (up to 1.5m deep), so you can actually swim. While it's popular and others use it, I never had problems with swim lane being occupied by slow people. The pool area also has a lot of toys for the kids, for free use (self service, bring an adult).

A few notable downsides (please note I'm rating this place 5/5 still): Aircon not working (summer) and noisy neighbour, didn't leave me with a perfect impression though. I did like how building is designed and the small common spaces inside as well as outside. WiFi is also insecure, which makes it easy to use but you shouldn't use if you are concerned about privacy and security.

I really hope they fix Aircon before next summer.

The location is what it is. It's good for me as it's near the company I work for, but it's not an extraordinary view, it's not very near the harbor nor shopping street or anything like that. If you have a bike or car it's not a problem to go downtown, and if you enjoy walking it's also within...

I stayed here for one night in March 2014. I arrived early and the room was ready. The receptionists were all very friendly and spoke perfect English. All the rooms are on one floor so it can be a walk to your room. I was in J1 which was a bit of a walk but hey. They gave me free access to the swimming pool and the sauna for no charge. ||||The room was really nice with a nice view of the garden. The wifi was amazing, available throughout the hotel and you don't need a password so no hassle, and you could watch videos with no problem. ||||The restaurant finished serving at 19:30, I didn't eat there so I cannot comment on the food and service. But breakfast was served until 09:30 which was nice||||The bar stayed open until gone 02:00 which was really nice but I paid the price the next day! There is a big car park so no problem for parking, and overall it was a really nice hotel and a nice experience. I will probably return at the end of the month when I am...

The most practical and functional hotel I've ever stayed at. This hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This is a down to earth hotel with retro feel, the only thing I could complain about is that the curtains are not blocking all the day light.

All important lights in bathroom, bedroom are dimmable. The build in bench can turned into a leisure sofa or TV chair.

The boxspring beds are very comfortable, not to firm, not too soft.

The shower is spacious. You can shower without accidently changing temp settings of your shower or bump into a shelf.

There is a huge swimming pool and the sauna have a remarkable long access from 6 in the morning to 23 at night.

Breakfast is included and is satisfying.

There is plenty of free...

Excellent and modern hotel, very relaxed atmosphere and indeed a pleasant and very helpful staff. If you are looking for that extra relaxing experience, you have found it here. The spa-area is an added value, included in the price. What is not to like? And this hotel is spot on in the green and yet centrally placed in the region. The birds are really singing from the individual balcony areas and may have given the name to this hotel, "bird singing center" 🐦🎶💙
