KolleKolle — Hotel in Furesø Municipality

This is large conference style hotel. Arrived with two colleagues at 9pm to be told at check in that there were no food options at all other than calling for a local pizza delivery. Then advised that as it was a Wednesday the pizza place was closed! Then had to drive to find a restaurant (not ideal after a long day) which turned out also to be another mediocre place. Returned by 10:30 to be told that the bar was closed (despite the hotel apparently being fully booked and a sign on the door clearly staying bar hours to midnight). Asked to use the lobby coffee machine but, guess what, it was apparently "closed" too! Breakfast hours finish at 9am - no chance for a late start - my room was entered twice between 8:30am and 9am by cleaning staff, on the second occasion demanding to know when I would be leaving (check out is stated to be 10am). It's a hotel, it was clean and it provided the basics, ie a bed and shower.....but...

We have stayed at Kolle Kolle as a family many times and always made to feel very welcome not so on this occasion .Kolle Kolle has been taken over and quite frankly the new owners are not interested in families but are more on the corporate side .We were made to feel very unwelcome the breakfast which after the first morning we never went back to as they seemed to be watching everything single thing we ate as was told back to us by a very rude manager which they had their facts completely wrong.Kolle Kolle is clean but that’s about all I can say after Friday when all the corporate people are away everything is closed down no hot water machine to make yourself a cup of coffee all fruit baskets taken away breakfast hardly any choice .My advice to Kolle Kolle would be stick to your corporate side and close your hotel from Friday evening until Monday morning because what you offer is disgusting.Would never...

Exceptional dining and service! Chefs trained at nearby Michelin 3 Star restaurant. Basic room amenities, but very thoughtful additional amenities, like umbrellas and rain boots for hiking the beautiful trails. Delightful assortment of high quality loose teas in addition to coffee at snack breaks. Staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Room was compact for two people, but this hotel specializes in business conference travel. With limited temperature control, a lighter duvet and fluffier pillows would aid in a better...
