Hotel Gilleleje Strand — Hotel in Gribskov Municipality

Not relaxing stay, more attention to COVID HYGIENE REQUIRED not a relaxing, attention to covid needed really annoying check in, we had to stand and wait whilst each guest was shown to their room ! By the same receptionist! When we Said we could find our own ss there were many waiting In reception , which is not ok under covd having people gather in reception , not at all smart! We were met with a wallace and gromit face ! the hotel itself was ok but not worth 1300 per nite, breakfast was fine but nothing special for that price, we would have rather a smooth check in, more full hand sanitisers placed properly plus considering covid , staff were not wearing gloves during breakfast service more attention to hygiene is needed room small for the price, not worth more than 750kr although we do not stay in hotels to watch tv , would have been nice to have had more than 3 chanels not very relaxing...

This is a well run small hotel close to the boat harbour and the beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are large and included two armchairs. Queen sized bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. Bathroom was a bit small but the shower was good. A common sitting room with a coffee machine was also very nice. Breakfast was a generous buffet style. If you are travelling by bicycle there is off street parking for bikes in the back garden. I would stay at this...
