A solid 2*. I give it that for the location (right near a beautiful long white sandy quiet beach), the on-site shop/bakery& for the family bathroom& that’s where the positive vibes end. Though they had two family bathrooms, only one was open (leading to queues) plus fat, drunk men chose to use it as their urinal, sometimes failing to even shut the door while they used it. You’re crushed in to a small pitch, little to no privacy between pitches, the service block is tired& only half of the sinks in the kitchen actually work, which leads to daily queues in order to do your washing up. Toilets& showers: picture a broken filthy ceiling vent, calc stains in the sinks from dripping taps, peeling silicon, missing curtains, more sinks that don’t work& other people’s hair in the shower grate....
Read moreReally great campsite. Right on the beach so you can hear the waves from your tent. The beach goes on forever and is clean, soft sand. The campsite has fantastic facilities (a shared kitchen, washing machines and a drier, a freezer for your ice blocks). It looked like all the pitched had electricity. There's paid showers (10 kr) and laundry (around 9 euros), a large kitchen area, a large indoor area with TV, pool, table football, books and kids toys, and a large outdoor playground. Their shop sell fresh bread (the pastries and cake we bought were super delicious), ice cream and daily necessities.
