The motel is located conveniently, if you travel by car from Central Europe either from Rostock via Gedser or Hamburg/Lübeck via Rödby. You can catch the overnight car ferry from Stockholm to Turku Finland the next day. The room we stayed was situated in an annex. A silent place and a silent room. Over all the house was somewhat worn out, but the room was a good basic room with a comfy bed, good wi-fi. Nothing special about the surroundings, fields all over. Read moreThe accommodation block is classic roadside motel - a long corridor with fairly dark, characterless rooms off either side and a communal seating area near the entrance. Having said that, our room was freshly decorated and clean, but the furniture had seen better days. This is a place to stop for a night en route to somewhere, not a destination in itself. The grounds are quite large with space for kids to run off steam or a picnic on the grass, but you'd do better eating dinner in the restaurant (which has an outside terrace) as it's a cut above the accommodation and the food is really rather good. The owner is a very nice woman, managing restaurant and motel who welcomes you. It was late and the restaurant was almost closed but we drink a glass on a beautiful terrace with a lovely garden and park. Room included 3 beds, TV set, wifi free acces, bathroom. It was our last hotel before to go back in Germany and France, our final destination. I don't regret to stop here. You have to do same if you have to take a ferry the day after in the morning.
