Danhostel Herning — Hotel in Herning Municipality

My family and I stayed here 1 week in August 2015, during the annual "Herning icehockey summercamp".||We loved it.||At Arrival we felt very welcome and the managers at Danhostel made us belive that we were special guests and every morning and evening thet were there for us. The hostel is only two steps away from the rink, and that is truly convinient, especially in the early morning when your children need to go on ice at 8 am.||The food served at the hostel is really good for children, but if you are seeking gourmet this is not the place. ||The children all ages loved the food and the servings.||Danhostel is not far from citycenter, 5 min. By car, about 3 km.The rooms are very spacy, Big big bathroom and dressingroom. Ok beds,- Nice and clean interior, good price, not too expensive. This is probably the cleanest hostel I have visited. The town of Herning is very calm and the hostel is even more calm. I can't recall the last time I had such a good night's sleep. The staff was very friendly, although she forgot to mention we had to reserve our breakfast. The wifi wasn't working in the room, but it did work in the main building. Vi skulle sammen med et vennepar se We Will rock you i Jyske Bank Boxen og det var en herlig oplevelse.|For at slippe for køreturen frem og tilbage samme dag, havde vi bestilt en overnatning på Danhostel Herning. Vi havde aldrig prøvet at overnatte på et Danhostel og havde nok ikke de store forventninger, men se, det var en rigtig god oplevelse. Værelse med eget bad 👍Vi fik udleveret sengetøj og håndklæder 👍 hjertelig velkomst hvor vi fik udleveret en lille kuffert med alt til værelset 👍Fik anvist hvordan vi kom ind efter kl 23 👍 Vi skulle også have morgenmad og der manglede absolut ingenting og personalet rigtig søde og rare og meget dejligt lokale, hvor vi fik morgenmad.
