Hotel Medi — Hotel in Ikast-Brande Municipality

The hotel is clean but outdated. My room was on the full sunny side and it was quite warm. Every morning I left the curtains closed and the window closed to keep it cool, but every evening when I came back the window was open and the curtains as well, leading to a warm room.|Every morning at 5am there was some kind of generator starting, so I had an early wake-up call every day.||For some reason the light in the room is as unstable as the wifi. It makes it almost impossible to work in the room, which is not very convenient for a business trip.||The staff is not very friendly, and in the restaurant even simple questions could not be answered.||Close to the hotel there is hardly any decent restaurant to find, so you are almost forced to eat in the hotel.||The food is ok, but very expensive for such a location. A steak, glass of wine and a tea for almost forty euros ||Breakfast is very basic, some bread and limited options to put on your bread.||Not the best place to be, better to take a hotel...

I stay 5 nights in that hotel due to the Ferie for Alle in Herning .We had 5 rooms total.Goood location if you need to stay in that area but the follow points made me to be disappointed about that hotel.|First point was very bad internet connection.I had to work and in my room I have had I some moments very bad connections. When I tried to contact the reception 22.30 ,no reception service/staff.3star hotel.....|The cleaning of the room far worst ever I had experienced. Now really dust removed from the room always dirty floor .3 days without remove from my both an empty shampoo bottle. No bed clothes in 5 overnight.Not through away my cup of tee......|I think the hotel management should reconsider about the service the provide to the guests when the are official 3* hotel and the daily cost for a single room is over 140...

I was at a wedding at the hotel recently and stayed the night:||||Location: central||Room: Everything I needed, roomy, airy and light. Very clean.Plenty of wardrobe space for if you're staying longer.||Service: Excellent, very friendly and efficient. I had a slight issue with a jammed toilet flush and it was resolved immediately without any fuss.||Breakfast: Good, pretty standard buffet, everything I wanted, including eggs and bacon.||||Everyone in the party I was with seemed to be satisfied/happy with the hotel. As some people have mentioned in other reviews, it's not the most modern hotel but I found it to be completely satisfactory.||||Finally, the organisation, wedding buffet and service was excellent. The Argentinian steak was to die for:) Thanks to the staff for making the evening run...
