Who would of thought that this beautiful hotel / conference center would nestle among the windy grassy dunes along the North Sea . The place is picture perfect. Surrounded by nature and picturesque beauty . Our reception was exceptional- friendly, helpful and welcoming. English is spoken by virtually everyone for those of us that are Danish challenged .|Our room , #22 , was very clean with three windows all looking out onto the green lovely landscape . Great secure bike garage - they rent bikes here .|The crowning glory was the dinner and breakfast at the hotel . The dinner was absolutely fantastic - fixed price and amazing . The homemade soup , a Curry Chicken fantasy was the best soup that I have ever experienced in my life . The beef for our main course was tender and very well seasoned . Homemade dessert with rhubarb, berries and a meringue which was delicious. The owner who is also the chef , Niels Oleson is a delight as well as a culinary wizard. |Breakfast , included in the room cost, was also great . Homemade jams and marmalade’s . Great eggs and bacon and everything else you can imagine for breakfast . We will definitely stay here again if we are passing through and we can get a reservation. If not stay here at least come...

My 16-year-old son and I just finished two weeks traveling across Denmark, and while we stayed in luxury properties in bigger cities, this was our favorite hotel. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us, and everything was lovely -- the room, the food, and especially the service. Nestled in the countryside and a couple of kilometers off a stunning beach, its location is perfect. I stayed here for two days at a meeting. This is not JW Marriott - but it's honest, clean, and there's plenty of typical Danish food. Furthermore the service you receive is genuine. The place is owned and run by a middle aged couple - and their teenage son.
