If you do not have any issues with allergies, specifically mold, you will still find this place a basic three star for accommodations but a 4 star for food. Unfortunately, I suffered in this environment despite consuming every defensible medication I had. I wish I could have left but we were on a tour with a small group.||||The location is in a sparely populated area. The good news is they have a SPAR and a community grocery store 365 within walking distance of the hotel. We and many others utilized these stores often during our stay. The prices for a meal in the restaurant were very high, even with the USD so strong. I can say that because I spend a great deal of time in Europe traveling to various countries.||||The "Inn", Kro translates to Inn I think, can provide a scenic view to the water if you have room on the second floor. They are much larger than the tiny room we were in on the ground floor. Our room looked out into the parking lot about 20 feet away and the gazebo for smokers. If we did not have the curtains closed everyone had a direct view to our room. Which when they were open they felt free to look at us.||||Positives to this place. The staff were very nice. The group meal that we had there was very good. Everyone was very complimentary. The breakfast was above average and person and I do mean the one person who was hustling to make sure tables were cleared cleaned and available and the food restocked did an excellent job.||||Summary. They only give one key per room. My partner and I had different work timings and I couldn't get an extra key. Taking your breakfast to your room is discouraged. I had to work and attend a meeting early in the morning and couldn't take my breakfast to my room. Most hotels allow taking your breakfast to your room. No phone in the room to call room service. They do not give extra towels on demand. You have to wait for room service. Room service staff replaced 2 towels in my room with only 1 and my partner and I had to share towels. Place is quite expensive. Not all rooms are sea facing. Not all rooms have separate beds. Limited options for vegetarians/vegans. No microwave in the hotel.

The room is old but nice and clean. The view is also beautiful around there but I still can see some problems in this hotel:|1, service people are quite rude. we asked for a menu for kind of afternoon tea and was told they don't have menu, they just have coffee and tea. And also told us not allowed to enter restaurant without reservation. The rule is understandable but the manner can be more polite. You also will travel to some country that you are not familiar with the rules. so...please be nice!!|2, there is no elevator and stairs is round (not safe at all). no one helps you.(also no one offers you help) and reception is also poor manner when I asked for a receipt. ||all in all, nice hotel, well maintained but service still needs improvement.
