Hotel Nygaard — Hotel in Læsø Kommune

Beautifully located in the middle of a park with huge old trees and a little pond with goldfishes Hotel Nyggaard is a perfect place for a relaxing stay. One of the buildings contains 18 suites. The rooms are new decorated very clean and there is a little kitchen, a spacy bedroom with very comfortable beds and a lounge with a sofa that can be turned down to a double bed. Half of the rooms have a terrace and the other half shares a big balcony. The other building has a very beautiful lounge with a huge fireplace and comfortable furniture,and decorated by local artists. There is a restaurant serving exellent local food. We loved the breakfast. The sevice was very good, the bicycles were waiting for us and beeing in the middle of the island we could easily reach everything buy bike. Visited Læsø last Saturday and noticed Hotel Nygaard as we were driving past - the place looked so nice that we decided to turn around and go see if we could get coffee there.

Had a very enjoyable afternoon coffee experience with coffee and home made blueberry pie served outside in the garden. The coffee was good quality filter coffee served in a thermos - no limit on how many cups you wanted, and the pie tasted just great. A perfect summer afternoon coffee experience.

The fact that the coffee and cake was even cheaper than what we found at a local bakery earlier in the day was just an added bonus - would happily have paid a higher price for the service and quality. Cannot recommend it enough - If you go to Læsø then stop by...

We held our wedding celebration d. 27.08.2016 with 47 guests in the beautiful surroundings, the food was amazing, tasteful and with exciting accessories, the wine was a Zinfandel which tasted really good.||Service was prompt, efficient and effective, the chef had completely control of the kitchen, the waiters were kind and attentive.
