Hotel Factory Lodge — Hotel in Lolland Municipality

Booked this hotel well in advance on hotels.com with confirmation. On the day we arrived we were told they can't find our booking and the hotel is fully booked.

We booked a family room for three and the front desk managed to find us a two-person room with broken a flip bed, since it was only for the night we accepted the alternative, and the front desk also confirmed that we can request a partial refund but it has to be done through hotels.com.

After many exchanges they have denied the partial refund request initiated by hotels.com. We have not even specified how much we would like to be refunded, it was more of a principle to get compensated for a less pleasant experience, and any commercial gesture would have...

Very bad place for long stay. No fridges in room, no Air conditioning system as well. No mosquitoes protection. Rooms are full with different insects. About cleaning is under minimum standard.
