HUSET Middelfart — Hotel in Middelfart Municipality

Went to HUSET Middelfart for a conference to do a presentation, and I had no expectations, since I knew no one who had been there, or had look up the place.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. It was easy to find, there was plenty of parking spaces, and the area around was so beautiful (forest and nature).

Inside the reception was very welcoming and helpful, and showed me way to where I needed to go.

The room the conference took place in was alright, but it felt a little bit worn. Tables and chairs wasn’t the most comfortable, but they worked for what they were intended for. The technical gear work as it should, except the sound system which once in awhile made some unfortunate noises, when the presenters talked.

The toilets was clean and well maintained, but felt a bit small, and there could have been more, compared to how many different events and people there was on this day.

The restaurant was pretty good. I hadn’t announced that I am vegetarian, so I was a little nervous about what to expect, but I was happily surprised. There was different salads, and a vegetarian/vegan main dish to supplement with.

Overall it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend this and also come back again myself...

Centrally located and neighboring the nice landscape west of Middelfart. You need to pass through an area with sales exhibitions for interior design/construction to reach the hotel rooms. Not charming, but reflects the main purpose of the hotel: Conferences, not tourists. Also the rooms are rather small and basic. However, everything works fine, the staff is very helpful and the summer rates very attractive. Ficamos 5 dias no hotel, de 28/07 a 02/08, com 3 reservas diferentes feitas através do mesmo site de reservas, pois fomos estendendo a nossa estadia que estava sendo muito boa até o dia 01/08. Infelizmente, no dia 01/08 o segurança quase derrubou a nossa porta, batendo com muita estupidez, com o intuito de nos expulsar da acomodação porque já tinha passado a hora do check-out. Quando eu disse que tinha feito uma nova reserva, ele simplesmente disse "ok", nem ao mesmo se desculpou pela grosseria. Mesmo que eu não tivesse feito uma nova reserva, não justifica tamanha grosseria com um hóspede que já tinha ficado 4 dias no hotel até então. Agora, pior do que isso, foi a recepcionista que chamou o segurança para nos expulsar sem ao menos fazer uma simples conferência no sistema para ver se eu tinha feito uma nova reserva, se eu tinha estendido a minha hospedagem. Foi uma falha absurda, grotesca, infantil, que não pode ocorrer, e que infelizmente marcou negativamente a nossa passagem pelo hotel. Posteriormente a recepcionista se desculpou, mas depois de tamanho absurdo não adiantava mais. A gerência do hotel, se preza pela qualidade do serviço de seus funcionários, deveria chamar a atenção tanto da recepcionista quanto do segurança, para que atitudes como essa nunca mais aconteçam, já que mancham a reputação do hotel, que é muito bom por sinal. O hotel em si é muito bom, ótimas instalações, estacionamento grátis, bebidas de cortesia à vontade, bom café da manhã incluso, excelente custo benefício. Tentei avaliar no site pelo qual fiz a reserva, mas o mesmo está com problemas e não está postando avaliações, então...
