Hotel-B — Hotel in Rudersdal Municipality

At first - do not believe in photos the hotel offers online. Based on these we were expecting clean, modern, freshly renovated, well equipped and comfortable apartment, but what we got was smelly, dirty, quite tired and very poorly equipped apartment for a price of 4-star hotel.||The journey started, when the door code did not work. Had to wait someone to come and open the door. Then the elevator had no lights, so every day we had blind rides. Quite like a scary movie. The room had horrible smell of dirt and opening the window won't help you as either there's a backyard of the grocery store or the traffic or smoking loud neighbours. Obviously you won't have air conditioner available as that would be already next level for the apartment that has NO dishwasher, NO coffee maker, NO oven to cook or ventilator above the cooking plate. So try to fry a fish and then sleep inside your cooking smell! The funniest was the kitchen window that could be opened above the cooking plate.... so you literally can boil a pasta and then throw it right out of the window! Overall the equipment was really poor. Btw the personnel suggested us to bring our own pots and pans.... ha ha, why not bringing your whole kitchen! ||So, we stayed in the middle of heatwave with 35 degrees daily and that room had no option to cool it down. NOTHING! ||We stayed 3 nights and then escaped to better place for stay. Same price with a sea view in lovely clean and good smelling room with rich breakfast included. ||And last but not least - these beds are made for skinny kids!! Literally - an adult will just fall down! That's the worst bed ever met...

I have to agree, that the photos shown do not represent all rooms. I booked a stay recently and was surprised to fünf that the unit I got, was very worn down and extremely sparsely furnished and not at all modernized as is shown in the photos||I’m all for a simple and honest hotel, but Hotel B still managed to disappoint:||Only 1 out of 3 radiators worked, on a day where it was -5 c outside.||The bathtubs coating was peeling and the water coming out of the shower head was rusty. There was nowhere to attach the shower head||The TV offered several channels, but only 1 actually worked. Every other channel showed only an error message about the absence of some module||On a positive note:|It was very very convenient that there’s a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. It took me literally one minute to walk there...

We get there and we couldn't get in because we did nit reciecve any email nor text of our code or room number. There is no reception and no one there to help you at all. We had no wifi yet and couldn't call because no reception. Thank goodness there was this wonderful young Danish man who ended up helping me a another group of people otherwise wevwould have been screwed. They should have some kind of phone to just pick up and dials the people in charge. There is no cleaning service but about 8 or 9am you can find a cleaning person...
