Lundø Café & Strand Camping — Hotel in Skive Municipality

Since we stayed in a private cabin nearby, we used some of the facilities that this place offers. Playground nice for kids up to approx. 10-11 years of age, and the onsite restaurant/cafe serves decent food, although somewhat traditional. Friendly staff. Small but cosy camping area with good public facilities. The grill serves the kind of food you would expect from a Danish grill/restaurant but also has three local beers on tap (Hancock). Outside there is a nice playground for the kids. Good value for money. Would visit again if I pass through the area...

Lundø strand campingplads ligger naturskønt, med udsigt til Limfjorden. På selve campingpladsen er der gode faciliteter, toiletter, køkkenområder m.m. Legepladsen ligger næsten nede på stranden. Her er der gynger, en trampolin cyklegokarts, samt andre børne ting. Der også en resturent på campingpladsen, her har du udsigt over fjorden, maden er traditionel, men ok. Jeg kommer der ofte i foråret og hen over sommeren.

Update 2023 Lundø beach campsite is situated in a scenic location, with a view of the Limfjorden. On the campsite itself there are good facilities, toilets, kitchen areas etc. The playground is almost down on the beach. Here there are swings, a trampoline, bicycle go-karts, and other children's things. There is also a restaurant on the campsite, here you have a view of the fjord, the food is traditional, but ok.
