The accommodation is highly recommended, especially if you want to visit Lego Land. Everything was clean and tidy, the handover of keys went quite well. Hotel composto da camere e mini appartamenti (in struttura separata). Le camere sono spaziose e il letto è molto comodo (non scontato in Danimarca). La colazione è ottima e con qualcosa in più rispetto a quella di molte altre strutture. Purtroppo si trova in una cittadina dove non ci sono praticamente posti dove andare a mangiare. Ideale se di passaggio e con un mezzo proprio, grazie al comodo parcheggio privato gratuito. A mezz’ora di macchina da Billund (Lego House e Legoland). Self check-in non impeccabile: mi hanno inviato numero e pin della camera, ma si sono rivelati incorretti. Per fortuna, con un po’ di ingegno, ho provato il PIN con tutte le altre camere, fino a che si è aperta quella corretta. Ho immediatamente segnalato la cosa via chat alla struttura (non c’era nessuno in reception). Subito mi è stato risposto che avevo sbagliato io e mi hanno inviato una nuova mail, ma questa volta con il numero di camera corretto. Accortisi dell’errore, si sono subito scusati.
