Assengaard B & B — Hotel in Vejle Municipality

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Assengaard B & B, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home.

The home stay is situated in a beautiful location, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views. The house itself is immaculately clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay.

What really sets this home stay apart, though, is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area.

The food served at the stay was also delicious and home-cooked. I particularly enjoyed the traditional dishes that were served, which gave me a real taste of the local culture.

Absolutely wonderful. The owners were extremely pleasant, and throughout our whole stay, we felt as if we were staying over at our friends' house. The bathroom floors are heated, rooms are super clean and the surrounding nature is breathtaking.

Though one tip for anyone planning on staying here - get a car! You can't get anywhere without a car. Renting a car results being much cheaper than paying for taxis, which, if we hadn't had the help of danish-speaking locals, we wouldn't have been able to get due to the pre-recorded call being automatically...

It was nearly midnight when we arrived at our B & B and were very surprised to find our host waiting for us even though we had been sent instructions to our rooms. We enjoyed a good night's sleep and an excellent breakfast in the large room upstairs. We helped ourselves to the food labelled for us and enjoyed the warm rolls and eggs from the hens in the garden.
