Ravning Bed and Breakfast — Hotel in Vejle Municipality

We stayed for 4 wonderful nights at this amazing place. Located in perhaps the most scenic Valley in Denmark, it is very well appointed and is close to all the hiking, history and tourist attractions in the Billund area. Legoland and Lalandia are just down the road, but you would have to be mad to stay there instead of here!||||The location is actually just down the road from Bredsten (where a shop is to get supplies & petrol), just follow the signs to Ravning from Bredsten. There are a host of beautiful little villages around the area & driving the back country roads is an experience in itself!||||Per and Lone are amazing & friendly hosts, giving us great advice on where to go and what to see. Breakfast was amazing and you have to stay a few days at least, just to be able to sample a good range of Lone's jams!||||For couples, it is a quiet and picturesque location, with some great music to play on the vintage hifi. With children, it is also great, with plenty of space to play and some games & of course a small selection of Duplo / Lego.||||We cooked dinner a couple of nights and the kitchen had everything we needed to get by.||||We will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate...

After an early arrival we could easily check into our booked room which was very comfortable after a long flight.||The room with an attached bathroom was very clean and cosy. The fully equipped kitchen which is shared with another room left nothing to be desired. Free and fast Wi-Fi, games and a nice collection of music made our stay enjoyable as well.||The owners put a lot of efforts in creating a very nice accommodation that can be seen in every corner of the house.||The hosts and their family were greatly helpful and kind and we felt that we were in good hands.||The B&B is in Ravning which is a very small village near Bredsten (a car is very helpful). It's a quiet and peaceful place. The Airport Billund and the Legoland are only 15 min away by car. To Givskud Zoo you need about 20 min. We have used the kitchen for preparing our meals and didn't take the breakfast of the hosts. Nevertheless we had the piece of luck in another situation to experience their culinary skills and we enjoyed it very much.||Thanks again to Lone and Per! It's very easy for us to recommend this B&B and we would come back...

As we were about to choose a place to stay the nights while attending the 2016 Jelling Music Festival 2016, we stumbled over this place as a place to stay the nights, and what a choice it was. The old farm building was very gently and effectively transformed into two vacation apartments, of which we had the smaller. No problem although we being 5 (3 adults and two kids). A bottle of wine in the fridge and soda's for the kids. Everything clean and in top-class shape. The owners - Lone and Per - was there for us, for anything we might have needed.
