Myrhøj Camping — Hotel in Vesthimmerland Municipality

New owners as of 2018. Nice campsite and fine facilities that seems a bit run down but work never the less. This site is first and foremost for families with kids. All the playgrounds have been approved and certified and the majority of them have safety rubber ground. There's also a house with a sort of dexterity game, indoor play area and a ball pitch. Almost every day there's a special event for children and grownups. The staff are friendly, no doubt about that. But it's clear that the camping site is being merely maintained.

We booked a cabin, and when we got there it really felt and smelled like 2003.

It's not decidedly unpleasant, it's just that feeling that they don't really care about the experience.

Why don't they spend some more time updating a few things like broken door handles, sagging ceilings, binding doors, broken curtains ? It's so simple to fix, and yet we still pay full price.

Lækre store pladser, fin afskærmning for vind. Fantastiske legepladser, masser af sjov for børn i alle aldre - både ude og inde! Hoppepude, stor klatretårnsbane, karruseller (pas på maven ;-)), e-wall, bordtennis, digital aktivitetsbane (indendørs), fodboldbaner (inde og ude), minigolf, vippedyr, stort legerum for mindre børn og en hel masse andet. ||Hyggeligt arrangement Sankt Hans aften, fællesspisning (grillede korteletter m.m., flødestuvede kartofler, stor salatbar, brød og meget mere), mega bål og senere hygge på terrassen med bålfad, snobrød og skumfiduser. Til blot 50 kr pr. person!!||Vi kan varmt anbefale at holde ferie på Myrhøj camping, skøn natur, masser af aktiviteter, lækre legepladser, sjove kæle geder, en kæmpe kanin og dens ven.
